WHEAT SAUSAGE

1 cup cooked whole wheat, ground
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Dash cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Cook over medium heat in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Fry until crisp; turn and cook second side until crisp.
