SPICED TUNA SANDWICH FILLING

1 can (6 ounces) white Albacore tuna
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped canned peaches
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Combine ingredients thoroughly. Spread on fresh wheat bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
