Publications Return Policy
Policy:
Any returns must be sent back to CFD Publications within 30 days of shipping
date and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. All books must
be in resaleable condition. Refunds are for of the price of the product
only. Additionally, shipping charges incurred due to the return or refusal
of an order are the responsibility of the customer. CFD Publications will
pay return shipping charges if we are in error. Items returned after the
30 day return period will be sent back to the customer under separate cover with
a bill for shipping charges incurred.
Damaged/Defective Product:
Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 10 days of delivery
date. If not reported by that time, no refund will be issued. When
reported, CFD Publications will file the proper claim and replace the damaged or
defective product.
Refused Shipments:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the order is refused
without cause. A $5.00 handling fee will also be billed.
