QUICK BISCUIT BURGER BUNS

1 recipe Sweet Yeast Biscuits
Sesame seeds, optional

Make biscuits according to instructions. Roll dough into an 8-inch square. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and lightly press them into the dough. Cut into 4 squares and bake on a lightly greased baking sheet at 425o for 12 minutes. Dough may also be cut into 4 large (about 3-1/2 inches) rounds and a fifth bun formed out of the remaining dough. Makes 4 or 5 buns.
