GRAIN AND BEAN BURGERS
1 cup cooked white beans
Mash cereal and beans or grind in a food grinder. Mix well. Spoon 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the mixture onto a hot lightly oiled skillet or griddle. Gently mash flat. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook over medium high heat until lightly browned and crisp. Turn and cook until second side is lightly browned and crisp. Makes about 7 3-inch burgers.
