DEHYDRATING BELL PEPPER

Wash, seed and dice bell pepper. Spread on dehydrator trays in a single layer. Dehydrate at 130o for 12 to 16 hours or until crisp dry. Remove from trays and dry heat process in canning jars for longer shelf life.
