CRANBERRY CREME 1 cup cranberry
juice cocktail Heat cranberry juice cocktail to boiling in a small saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved, about 2 minutes. In a medium bowl, beat cranberry sauce with an electric mixer for 1 minute or until smooth. Stir the gelatin mixture into the beaten cranberry sauce until well mixed. Chill until mixture begins to thicken and set around the edges, 1 to 2 hours. Prepare whipped topping mix according to package directions with 1/2 cup milk but no vanilla. Gently mix topping into cranberry mixture until smooth. Spoon into serving dishes. Chill until firm. Serves 8. |
