CHOCOLATE DIPPED APRICOTS

12 ounces dried apricots
5 ounces chocolate almond bark or dipping chocolate

Melt almond bark according to package directions.  Dip apricots half-way into the chocolate.  Lay on wax paper to cool.  Store in an airtight container.
