Purchase budget priced skinny hot dogs not expensive plump hot dogs. Slice hot dogs into rounds or coins. Fill jars loosely with sliced hot dogs leaving 1-inch headspace. Add boiling water leaving 1-inch headspace. Release air bubbles. Wipe jar rims with a vinegar soaked cloth or paper towel. Put on hot lids and canning rings and process in a pressure canner according to the chart below:
