BROWN RICE AND SOYBEANS WITH LIME VINAIGRETTE

3 cups cooked brown rice
1 can (15 ounces) soybeans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper
2 tablespoons dried chives
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil

In a large skillet, stir together rice, soybeans, red pepper and chives. Heat through. In a small bowl, stir together lime juice, vinegar and oil. Stir into rice mixture just before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
