1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried onion
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 pint
Boston Butt pork roast

In a medium saucepan, combine all but the meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and heat at a hard simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and shred pork. Stir into sauce and heat until hot and of desired thickness. Serve on buns or Quick Biscuit Burger Buns. Makes 4-6 sandwiches.
